Whilst Cuddledry is only a small business run by us mums from our homes (surrounded by toys and general family chaos), it has always been important that this little company finds ways to support other parents. We know from our own experience that things don’t always go to plan with babies, kids and life in general, and so we do what we can to work with charities helping mums and dads in particular.
Over the years we are proud to have supported, amongst others –
- The Child Accident Prevention Trust (who say our handsfree towels contribute to safer parenting)
- BLISS (for babies born premature or sick) – with a special edition ‘kangaroo care’ version of our classic handsfree baby towel
- New Life Special Care Babies - raising money for local special care baby units
- The Baby Bank Network
- PANDAS Foundation UK
Either with short or long term financial donations, or donations of our products.
We have also supported countless small events in our local area of Somerset – especially our children’s nurseries and schools - with prizes for raffles and tombolas, and donated products to help families in the wake of the Grenfell Tower disaster.
And for our children – they asked us to support the WWF (Worldwide Fund for Nature) – so in 2016 we created a limited edition selection of snow leopard, giraffe and polar bear towels – and contributed thousands of pounds from the sales of these to the work of this important charity to protect our global wildlife.
We try to prove that even the tiniest of businesses can give something back – it means a lot to us to be able to do it when we possibly can. Sending cuddles as widely as we can!
